The idea of the site is a community for everybody who loves Dj's music. For people who like to play and those who love to listen. We will be happy if you give us any ideas and suggestions on the development of the project. All of them will be realized by our team of programmers. For people, who like to listen - register as members, after registration you will have a possibility of the free chat with DJs and with other members, you will be able to discuss the tracks, and enjoy music and videos, vote for your favorite DJs. If you decide to try to become a DJ, you can add your audio and video files and put it into a general discussion. For DJs - register as a DJ. In your DJ panel you will be able to publish your music and video recordings, broadcast music and video in Real Time. Communicate with other DJs and members. If this is your hobby you can do it all for free. But if this is your job, then you will be able to set prices for viewing videos and listening to your tracks, you will be able to arrange your own paid private party in the internet and people will pay for taking pat in it! |

I doubt if people will ever pay for online dance music videos if you can download podcasts all over the place.
Most of the dance artists have weekly or monthly radioshows and put them online right after they have been recorded. Same goes for downloadable recordings from dance events like Trance Energy, Sensation and XFM Xnergy. And I haven't even mentioned Youtube and Google Video yet. Dance artists make most of their money from their livegigs and a little bit from selling their records and new releases. Good luck with your site but I personally don't think this pay per minute thing will work. Setting up a free community for DJ's and people who like dance music is an excellent idea. If you do this right DJ's will have an audience to show their new releases and do live broadcasting. That's free promotion for them... |

Thanks a lot for a such a big post and description.
Our main idea was to attract DJs and people who like music. Sure, main part of the site would be for free and this will be advertising for DJs. And this is on each DJ if he would like be paid per minute or not. |

Ok, I got that. I also think video broadcasting for DJ's & producers isn't what they want to put effort in since they just want people to listen to their music. Why don't you create an MP3-area for dj's to upload their new releases and other promo-mixes?
