Best tools for keyword research?

I'm trying to find some new long-tail keywords for my tube site. I've been using the Google Keyword Planner, but it's so restricted for adult terms. I know there are some paid tools out there specifically for this, but I don't want to waste money on a subscription if it's just going to give me the same data. What are you guys using to find what surfers are actually searching for?

I still use Wordze. It's old, but it seems to have a lot of the adult data that Google hides. It gives you decent search volumes and related terms. It's not perfect, but for 20 bucks a month, it's better than guessing. Just don't rely entirely on the numbers, trust your gut on what people actually watch.

Honestly, the best tool is your site search box. If you have any traffic at all, look at what people are typing into your search. That's real intent. You don't need a $99 tool to tell you what your own audience is looking for. Just build content around the most popular searches.
