Alright, we are four weeks in. We have 12 blogs up and running right now. I checked the index status this morning, and 9 of them are fully indexed by Google. The other 3 are still crawling. The link wheel we set up is starting to pass some juice. Does anyone have any stats they want to share? Are you seeing any keyword movements yet?

My blog is indexed, but I'm not seeing any traffic yet. I'm ranking on page 4 for a couple of long-tail keywords, but nothing that's going to bring in real hits. Is this normal for week 4? Should I be building external links to it yet, or just let the internal network do its thing?

Page 4 at week 4 is exactly where you should be. Don't rush it. Keep publishing your 2 posts a week. I wouldn't start pointing external hardlinks at these until they are at least 3 months old. Let Google trust the domains first, otherwise you'll burn them out too quickly.
