Newbie Tutorial: Changing WP template into BO template

I keep getting PMs from people asking how to take a normal WordPress theme and make it work with Blog Organizer. I finally wrote down the steps I use. It is mostly about stripping out the sidebar widgets and placing the BO tags correctly. It looks complicated at first, but once you do it a couple of times, it takes like 10 minutes. Let me know if anything is unclear.
