WP Plugin: Random posts on frontpage

Does anyone know a lightweight plugin that shows random posts on the frontpage instead of just the newest ones? I want to keep the front page looking fresh and push some traffic to older entries, but the plugins I tried are heavy and slow down my load times.

You don't even need a plugin for that. You can just use the standard WP query in your index.php. Something like `new WP_Query('orderby=rand&posts_per_page=10');`. It uses native functions so it won't bloat your site.
