Just set up a fresh WP install for a new blog network. What is everyone using these days for caching and SEO? I used to use a bunch of different ones but most of them seem abandoned now. Looking for something that doesn't break feeds.

WP Super Cache is still the standard for me. It's simple and it works. As for SEO, I just use the built-in permalinks and do the rest manually. Yoast is too bloated now.
