Sometimes I feel like people forget what a blog is actually for. It's not just to spam 100 posts a day to build links. What do you actually want your readers to do? Buy something, click a sponsor, or just read? I'm trying to refocus my strategy and I'm curious how you guys define success for your blogs.

For me, it's about building a returning audience. If people bookmark the site, the traffic is worth way more than one-time search visitors. I look at bounce rate before anything else.
