I always redirect it to the index page, yep...very difficult to know if this gets any extra sales or not, but it undoubtedly gets more people viewing your site/blog!

I've never liked Cecash's 1.50 email program - always though of it as loosing a possible $35.00 rather than gaining $1.50...
