what is this federal record-keeping business? ... I live in the EU, is this a problem?

yes, I am definitely not profitable ... not yet, anyway ... waiting for the deactivation

affiliates are prohibited from purchasing or registering domain names based on proprietary phrases
yes, I have some domain names that are based on the name of the affiliate program i promote. I though this is OK and it's good for SEO. when I look at Google other people do this. Is this OK or am I gonna get banned?

Are they just covering their ass, or is this serious. Are these guys going to wait until I make some sales (after 6 months of hard work), and then tell me: "You have designed your own banners, we can't see the URLs on the pics and your domain name is based on our "proprietary phrase" so you are being deactivated.

what do you guys do about these things? I am bit worried now, probably won't sleep tonight
