Sorry but where did you get this so-called info from? You don't have to pay for fraudlent traffic just because you pay ppc instead of flatrate. And flatrate doesn't mean you won't get fraudulent traffic.

If you want to explain the benefits of flatrate ads, write instead how the buyer doesn't have to worry about keeping track of costs, how a good ad can get alot of clicks for the same price and lower the avarage cost per visitor, etc.

I personally prefer to read about the benefits I get from the program, not a rant about others.
