Link Directories = Google Penalty?

Let me ask you this. 20 links from directories that look almost the same, your link texts and descriptions are 100% same and you submit to them almost at the same time period.. does it look suspicious or not?

Be sure to check your backlinks after some time you have submitted to directories you might discover that only 2-3 links are showing from 20.
