First off welcome to the blogging forum where you will find very many tips...

Words like "Flaming" belong in teenage type forums - here we point out anything that may be construed to newbies as spam...

If he or she wished to show us fun blogs (or whatever it's called) it would have been better (not greedy) practice to have shown the link to the site - then maybe shown us a blog made using the service...

Then of course it would be up to the individual if he or she wanted to sign up under his/her ref code from the blog...

Spamming ref codes willy nilly is simply spam - no matter how it's dressed up - and not something we tolerate around these parts...

No "flame" intended - just pointing out Good Business Not Greedy Business practice...
