Minimum Payouts to be paid?

You know as I do, that some times you just can't get a program to convert but when a program has 1,000's of affiliates...who may send only one sale..they (programs)probably happy as shit not to send you your lil $30's and leave it sitting in interest bearing accounts for them and make money off you that way too..if you ever meet the minimum then they pay you..if you never do...then your money just theirs and particularly when a program closed before you make a payout minimum your money just them lost..had happened to me several times since 2001 and I got started in this business.
