If possible I would avoid teen as her main selling point - just because of the amount of competition. Find out what she's in to. Maybe go for the 'alt' girl niche? Is she a gamer chick? Geek girl? Just some thoughts. Maybe try posting in the Solo Girls forum if you haven't already. The girls there are pretty savvy and I'm sure they can give you loads of advice.
