Is there a way to test a server?

Anytime you cant get to your domains or your email, open a command prompt, type tracert thenyourdomainname or serverip and see where the connection has a problem, anything with a star is a problem also if your server is showing a high responce time then your server is the problem, if its a hop, (number before your server) then its your host having a problem.

To open a command prompt click start then run, then type command
